Please file this upstream (bugzilla.mindrot.org); I don't think it would
be a good idea to do this kind of thing as a Debian patch.  For
instance, you have to work out the order in which files are read and
which ones override which other ones, which isn't at all trivial in the
presence of things like Match blocks.
