Why the restart in if-up.d ?



Hi,
By default sshd listens to all addresses, i.e. it does not bind
explicitly to the available IP addresses during startup.
Because of this, I see no reason why sshd should be restarted if an
interface is brought up.

Could you enlighten me, and perhaps add a comment to README.Debian about
this?
