Bug#767648: openssh-server: "sshd -T" outputs wrong argument for UsePAM

This is probably an upstream issue.

It also seems that sshd -T misses quite some options from printing them.
I.e. if I counted right, then there 86 unique options (not couting
things like ListenAddress or AcceptEnv more than once), however sshd -T
only outputs 69 (unique options).
