Bug#721879: /usr/bin/ssh-keyscan: missing manpage

I don't get it.  It has a manual page, and has done forever.

  $ dpkg -c openssh-client_6.2p2-6_amd64.deb | grep ssh-keyscan
  -rw-r--r-- root/root      2008 2013-07-02 22:37 ./usr/share/man/man1/ssh-keyscan.1.gz
  -rwxr-xr-x root/root    237424 2013-07-02 22:37 ./usr/bin/ssh-keyscan

What was the original symptom that led you to file this bug?
