Bug#730479: openssh-server: Typing error in manpage of sshd_config

Dear Maintainer,

there is a typing error in the manpage of sshd_config. One MAC algorithm is mentioned as 'hmac-sha256-96' whereas it must be 'hmac-sha2-256-96'.
Otherwise an error occures.
