Upgrade your openssh-client and openssh-server packages.  The ssh
package is just a convenience metapackage that depends on both;
upgrading it alone won't change anything (although I'll make future
versions have tighter dependencies to try to reduce confusion).

You're suffering from bug #664383 which I fixed quite some time ago.
