Bug#623403: openssh-server: sshd doesn't kill spawned remote process

on the client side I can run

$ ssh root@host /usr/local/bin/shell-script

Where shell-script - complex shell script which runs other programs, compiles
programs, moves data from one place to another on the server etc. If I kill
client's ssh connection with kill, sshd will close connection and kill "shell-
script". But shell-script has child processes like "make: (and "make" has child
processes like "gcc" etc.) which won't be killed but reparented by init and
continue to run.
