I have found the best solution. I have attached both files.I really don't understand how bash's files on source machine can affect program execution on the other machine ?
My previous mail was wrong. These files do not help to execute remote command. I tried to remove them and all works find. But I have found that thttpd runiing on this machine was out of file descriptors yesterday. I think this is a real reasone of ssh mailfunction.
I can't reproduce this bug today.
