The saved keys of this ssh version in the known_hosts don't have host
name and ip. For each key there is 2 lines in the file like this:

I fixed this in openssh 1:4.7p1-1 like this:

  * Document the non-default options we set as standard in ssh_config(5) and
    sshd_config(5) (closes: #327886, #345628).

ssh_config(5) now says this near the top:

     Note that the Debian openssh-client package sets several options
     as standard in /etc/ssh/ssh_config which are not the default in
     ssh(1):

           o   SendEnv LANG LC_*
           o   HashKnownHosts yes
           o   GSSAPIAuthentication yes
