Bug#496017: Resolved. Messages issued because of no listener on port 5901

I built a script for ssh logins with port forwarding to remote desktop
ports for the default user and one extra user (i.e. ssh -Y -L
5901(2):localhost:5900(1) user@remotehost.  The second user's desktop
was represented by a VNC server, but if the server was not started the
channel messages would be issued.  

Messages disappeared if second user was started without the port
forwarding or if that user's VNC server was started.
