Sorry for the outrageous delay!

I think that this is the same problem reported in
https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799. I'm going to be
uploading OpenSSH 5.1p1 to unstable relatively soon, and would
appreciate verification if you're still in a position to reproduce this
bug.
