I *think* that this is the same as the upstream bug report
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1129; while that's without
-t, the fix applies to any session that exits just quickly enough. I'll
be uploading 4.6 soon, which should fix this up. Let me know if it
doesn't.
