I assume this is your own package, since I haven't yet released one
based on 4.5p1 ...

Anyway, my position on this patch is that I'll be happy to apply it once
it's actually accepted upstream, but it has been under debate for a long
time and I'd rather not apply it until that debate is clearly resolved.
