ssh partial failure on gateway

Hello all,

I am trying to ssh from my laptop to the gateway(ip1, ip2).
ssh ip1 OK

ssh ip2 :Permission denied (publickey)

on the gateway, the ip1:22 and ip2:22 are open

Do you have any idea?
