Bug#319244: openssh-server: Build the package with the OpenSSH LDAP public key patch (openssh-lpk)

If so, it should be relatively easy for somebody who knows it well to
get it integrated by Portable OpenSSH upstream. This patch adds a lot of
server configuration options, and I do not want to integrate patches
like that in Debian. I've been bitten in the past by doing so and then
having upstream change the names of the configuration options on me,
which means that I'm stuck maintaining compatibility glue forever.
