This is a different bug which only exists in 1:4.1p1-5, not 1:4.1p1-3
against which this bug was reported. It is fixed in 1:4.1p1-6, currently
on incoming.debian.org.

This isn't a fix for this bug (but fortunately the method above does not
work for tagging an existing bug, so I don't need to undo it).
