Duplicate of part of #195642, fixed upstream in OpenSSH 3.9.

This also effectively closes #195642 proper, since the reference in
ssh(1) is now correct and points you to ssh_config(5) for more details.
If you really want a command-line option other than -o, then you'll have
to petition upstream directly for one, but note that there are only so
many characters left! I think -o suffices here.
