I've added such a symlink for transitional purposes. I'd appreciate it
if rssh could depend on openssh-server (>= 1:4.1p1-1) when changing to
the new path.

The change was due to #87900. I'm afraid I hadn't realised that rssh
depended on the location of sftp-server.
