Bug#279446: ssh match

Package: ssh
Version: 3.8.1p1-8.sarge.1

Upgrade to sarge.
It now generates an ipv6 address.

Assuming you use AllowUsers in sshd_config, you are now unable to connect
to the machine as it will match incoming addresses against ipv6 address
and not ipv4 addresses.

sample /etc/ssh/sshd_config entry:
AllowUsers root@192.134.1.1

After an upgrade the machien will see incoming ssh sessions from this as
something like this:
::ffff:192.134.1.1

This is bad, I encountered a situation where I was completelly locked out
of machine after an upgrade from woody to sarge.
This issue also affects the woody version.
