Bug#267941: acknowledged by developer (Re: Bug#267941: ssh: systematic restart of sshd at upgrade)

Hi Colin,

just to make sure we understood each other (I reread my previous
mail, and it was not so clear :o)

I upgraded ssh package with a more recent version of it, while sshd
server was stopped (because I have closed on purpose this service
during holidays). I mean I certainly don't want to remove ssh from
my machine.
So that's the reason why I was astonished that the call to "apt-get
install ssh" would restart my sshd daemon.

Please escuse me if that's what you previously understood.

Have a good day.

Best Regards,
David.
