They are definetely too intrusive for a point release update, and so I
have settled for a "ssh in as a unprivileged user and use sudo to
escalate privileges" setup while we still have to live with woody.
I am tagging that bug wontfix, but of course the maintainers can
decide to do otherwise.
This bug should, however, stay open until woody has been taken out of
support, since the ssh daemon behaves differently from what's in the
man page. People should be able to find this bug report and to act
accordingly.
