This is a duplicate of bugs 245854, 245849, 245718, 245735, 245761 and
245838, all of which were caused by a buggy upload of the `makedev'
package, *not* ssh.
Indeed, 245849 and 245854 are *both* still open, and the fact that this
had been previously reported should therefore have been easily
determined by checking the bugs page before filing.
IMHO, this bug and those merged to it should now be closed, as a fixed
makedev has been uploaded. I'll leave that to the maintainer's
discretion, however.
