I cannot ssh to the box anymore after upgrading libc
Running sshd in debug results in

I have the same package versions of libC and ssh on a alpha box running
a 2.4 kernel, without encountering any problems

* Remove deprecated ReverseMappingCheck option from newly generated
sshd_config files (closes: #239987).
* Build everything apart from contrib in a subdirectory, to allow for
multiple builds.
* Some older kernels are missing setresuid() and setresgid(), so don't try
to use them. setreuid() and setregid() will do well enough for our
purposes (closes: #239999).
