Bug#69601: Problem with old version of ssh.

Hmm.. my initial request was to document that although ssh-v2 connections
fail, ssh-v1 connections do succeed.

It's been 2 years and that hasn't been done :P


I have lost access to that internal server which ran that version
of ssh, so I cannot any longer verify this problem.
