This is a bug motivated by the same problem as #59129. In some cases,
HostKeyAlias, or ports in the known hosts file, are the correct solution
for forwarded ports. This is particularly the case when port forwarding
is a stable arrangement for some system.
But when I'm doing ad-hoc port forwarding, I usually use localhost:2222, but
this isn't for any single consistent destination. So it would be very
convenient to be able to just add a flag to the ssh command line which makes
ssh trust me.
