There's no manpage for perltk-ssh-askpass.  If perltk-ssh-askpass is
the chosen alternative for ssh-askpass, there should be a link
to the perltk-ssh-askpass manpage for ssh-askpass.

ssh-askpass-ptk was removed from Debian in 2001, because it was no longer
being built from source.
