Please STOP QUOTING THE DAMN SEVERITY DEFINITIONS every time you file a
bug; it's really annoying. I maintain the bug tracking system, for
heaven's sake, I know what they mean.

Works for me. In fact, I uploaded the package to Debian using the new
package. I therefore conclude that it is not "royally hosed".

Please provide full 'ssh -vvv' output.
