This only happens between certain hosts in certain
directions. Configuration files seem to be default.

Lots of these bugs were fixed in the early 3.x days of OpenSSH, and also
have been fixed by upgrading to zlib 1.1.4, so I share Jonathan's belief
that this bug no longer exists. If you're still seeing it, please reopen
this bug or file a new one.
