I'm not planning on packaging a new upstream version until we've got
frozen out of the door. Because:

a) the current version is BALGE
b) re-porting all the patches is effort, and I'd rather use that
effort more usefully ATM

Once we've shipped, I'll look at whatever upstream is current at that
time.
