IPv6 support
Since I have all my machines at home hooked up I figured I should
try to get ssh working properly with a combined IPv4/IPv6 setup.
This turned out to be really easy: I only needed to remote the
two ipv6 related options to the configure call in debian/rules.
Is there any reason those two options are in there?
