10th Debian Groupware Meeting (sprint)

Hi,
we're planing a 10th Debian groupware meeting in April:

AFAIK the Linux-Hotel[1] will be able to handle about 8 persons at that
weekend (maybe some more). We had some minimal travel cost requirements
last year so it would be great to have the same budget of 1k but I
expect us to spend less (as last year).

Do you think Debian can cover for that like in the past years? That
would be awesome.
