DSA sprint spring 2012

we're planning on hosting a DSA sprint in March and this is a request
for approval of the funding we need.

Topics:
- Hardware status, what do we need, what needs replacing?
- Service changes as a result of the above, plus other services that are
  pain points
- Puppet discussions
- Virtualisation, best practices etc

Dates: 2012-03-16 through the 18th
Participants: DSA (six people)
Location: Varnish Software's offices, Oslo

Total estimated travel and hostel costs: 3200 € (one local, four from
.eu, one from .ca)
