Where is my diskspace?
Hi,
Dumb question.
Building a kernel (which took quite some time.. didn't think so on a 32
core system) came to a halt:
LD [M]
drivers/net/wireless/broadcom/brcm80211/brcmfmac/wcc/brcmfmac-wcc.ko
ld: drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath6kl/ath6kl_core.ko: final close failed:
No space left on device
make[2]: *** [scripts/Makefile.modfinal:56:
drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath6kl/ath6kl_core.ko] Error 1
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[1]: *** [/home/multix/code/linux-stable/Makefile:1923: modules] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:251: __sub-make] Error 2
I am building in my home directory as you can see.
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
udev 7.9G 0 7.9G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1.6G 1.5M 1.6G 1% /run
/dev/sda2 64G 43G 18G 71% /
tmpfs 7.9G 0 7.9G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 1.0M 0 1.0M 0%

tmpfs 1.0M 0 1.0M 0%
/run/credentials/serial-getty@ttyHV0.service
tmpfs 1.6G 16K 1.6G 1% /run/user/0
shouldn't I still have 18GB free? and with enough tmp space?
I have two HD's but interesting that Linux only sees one, I guess they
are in exact mirror then.
