Thanks for tracking this down and finding a solution for the problem.

FWIW, I have created an issue in the upstream bug tracker [1]. You might want
to post your patch in this issue.

You can send control commands to the bug tracker by preceeding them with
"Control:", for example:

Control: -1 severity normal
Control: tags +sparc64

where "-1" is a place holder for the current bug report.
