missing packages for debootstrap ?

Hello,

I'm trying to debootstrap a new installation on my T5120 (with some
more ZFS on some new drives).
However, deboostrap is failing because there's no "libdns-export1102"
and "libisc-export169" available, which are required for
"isc-dhcp-client".

Indeed the current Debian webpage has this last one in sparc64 -
showing the dependencies:
<https://packages.debian.org/sid/isc-dhcp-client>
but the two dependencies aren't available on sparc64:
<https://packages.debian.org/sid/libdns-export1102>
<https://packages.debian.org/sid/libisc-export169>

My current working install has them installed but unavailable:

dolbeau@t5120:~$ apt-show-versions -a -p libisc-export169
libisc-export169:sparc64 1:9.11.4.P2+dfsg-3 install ok installed
No unstable version
libisc-export169:sparc64 1:9.11.4.P2+dfsg-3 installed: No available
version in archive

dolbeau@t5120:~$ apt-show-versions -a -p libdns-export1102
libdns-export1102:sparc64 1:9.11.4.P2+dfsg-3 install ok installed
No unstable version
libdns-export1102:sparc64 1:9.11.4.P2+dfsg-3 installed: No available
version in archive

In my /var/cache, the packages are from late September.

Cordially,
