The 7.3.0-1+b1 versions are actually supposed to work because those have
been rebuilt with the fixed version of binutils. 7.3.0-1 is expected to
crash, 7.3.0-1+b1 is *supposed* to work. I am really surprised that you
are having issues with 7.3.0-1+b1.

But I will just trigger a rebuild of gcc-7 once more to make sure there
were no artifacts left when building with the previously broken compiler.

Please wait for 7.3.0-1+b2 to show up in the archives and then try again
to see if that resolves the issue.
