Builds of openvswitch for sparc64 (admittedly not a release
architecture) have been failing for a while.  As of 2.8.1+dfsg1-6, there
are 9 assorted test suite failures, all consistent, as detailed in

  2287: auto-attach - packets                           FAILED (auto-attach.at:5)

   20: bfd - check that BFD works together with RSTP   FAILED (bfd.at:686)
  2220: STP - dummy interface                           FAILED (stp.at:439)
  2221: STP - flush the fdb and mdb when topology changed FAILED (stp.at:529)
  2354: ovn -- dns lookup : 1 HV, 2 LS, 2 LSPs/LS       FAILED (ovn.at:6760)
  2328: ovn -- dhcpv4 : 1 HV, 2 LS, 2 LSPs/LS           FAILED (ovn.at:3868)
  1015: PMD - monitor threads                           FAILED (pmd.at:620)
  2334: ovn -- nd_na                                    FAILED (ovn.at:4754)
