We need golang on sparc64. It doesn't exist yet, but it's work-in-progress and
there is already a working, unmerged port for Solaris/sparc64. My last information
is that it is planned for golang-1.9. I have already opened a bug report to
track the status in Debian [1].

Since we have no way yet to build Docker on sparc64 yet, the answer is no.
