Okay today is a other day, sorry :-)

I extracted linux-image 3.16.7-ckt25-2~bpo70+1 (sparc) and copied the
file by myself. Generated a initramfs. And it boots without any error.

I do not have CDs laying around. But i can test booting a fresh copy by
usb. With the installer kernel file from /boot, true.
