Bug#818934: binutils: Please re-enable gold on sparc/sparc64

Hi!
The gold linker was recently disabled in the binutils package on sparc/sparc64
due to lack of support for the STT_SPARC_REGISTER pseudo register in gold
itself.
According to binutils upstream, this issue has now been resolved [2] and I think
we can therefore give it a try to re-enable gold on sparc/sparc64 again.
Hence, please apply the following changes to binutils' packaging source:
