RES: run debian on sparc T3-1
But it runs just like guest on ldom or I can format my SARC and install Debian?

Debian should run on your T3. The lastest Debian release, Jessie, doesn't have sparc support but oldstable, Wheezy, does.
Follow the wheezy installation manual:
https://www.debian.org/releases/wheezy/sparc/
You can netboot or install from cd/dvd. You can get an iso from here:
http://cdimage.debian.org/mirror/cdimage/archive/7.8.0/sparc/
