Hi

I think you can get the firmware without any contract. Register with
Oracle under
https://myprofile.oracle.com/EndUser/faces/profile/createUser.jspx
Go afterwards to:
https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/patch/PatchDetail.jspx?patchId=139434-09
and login.

If you do not want the newest firmware, check out this list:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/systems/patches/firmware/release-history-jsp-138416.html#T2000
You can click on the number in the right most column to get the firmware.
