Help, failed upgrade from Lenny to Squeeze

Hi all,

I was trying to upgrade my Sun Blade 100 from Lenny to Squeeze, and I was following the instructions at: http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/sparc/release-notes/ch-upgrading.en.html#backup

I was on step 4.4.5. Upgrading the kernel and udev, after rebooting, the kernel (2.6.32) boot hangs around the CDROM detection.

So, at this point, I can boot into the old kernel fine (2.6.26).  How can I either downgrade the packages I've already updated, or get the new kernel to boot?
