No, they are fine. The package for sparc64 has the name
linux-2.6.18-3-sparc64.
Note that 3 is a part of a name of the package, while 2.6.18-8 is its
Debian version
(that can be confusing, but should be described in the kernel handbook).
3 in this case specifies the binary compatibility level, so that we
know, for example,
that binary modules for kernel linux-2.6.18-3-sparc64 will *not* work
with
linux-2.6.18-4-sparc64.
