The two mentioned RC bugs are for sparc64:

I was not able to reproduce either of them locally (2-CPU SunBlade 
1000). The latter one might be T2k/Niagara specific, the former one is 
encountered by sparc buidds. If anyone was able to reproduce any of 
them, please share the information.
