Memtest86 equivalent for Sparc architectures

Hello Debian-Sparc list,

Is there a memory testing utility for Sparc architectures, both older 
32-bit and newer 64-bit systems, analogous to memtest86?  I've searched a 
bit on-line, stumbled across Sun's pmemtest, but that utility only appears 
to read memory during testing.  It does not according to Sun's 
documentation write to memory.

Pmemtest also appears to be part of Solaris.  I'd like to find an 
opensource Sparc memory tester.
