Xorg 7 on sparc64

Hello,

I just tried the brand new Xorg 7 packages on my U5 (it has an ATI 3D Rage
Pro 215GP board with 16 MB of RAM). Basically, whether I use the ATI or FB
driver, the system hangs soon after Xorg started.

Here is the output of Xorg with the ATI driver (I launched it from an SSH
session):

  X Window System Version 7.0.0
  Release Date: 21 December 2005
  X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 7.0

  Current Operating System: Linux sabre 2.6.16-1-sparc64 #2 Tue Apr 18 17:30:22 PDT 2006 sparc64
  Build Date: 16 March 2006
          Before reporting problems, check http://wiki.x.org
          to make sure that you have the latest version.

At this point, the SSH server is still running, `screen' also, but I can't
run anything more.

With the `fbdev' driver, things aren't significantly different:

  ...
  (==) Log file: "/var/log/Xorg.0.log", Time: Mon Apr 24 05:46:30 2006
  (==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/xorg.conf"

  (EE) end of block range 0xc0001b < begin 0x2c00018
  (EE) Failed to load module "v4l" (module does not exist, 0)

This time, the SSH server is not responding at all.

Have other people tried this at home? :-)

Thanks,
Ludovic.
