Floppy boot - Sun AXi - Fast Data Access MMU Miss

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a Rave AXi [1] box, really a rack-mountable machine with a Sun AXi Motherboard [2] close to the Ultra10 with SCSI and dual power supplies.

I do not have a CD-ROM drive in there, I used the space for an additional HDD.

So I downloaded the boot and root floppies from [3] today.

When I boot, I get this, with either the 2.6 or 2.4 kernels:

   screen not found.
   Can't open input device.
Keyboard not present. Using ttya for input and output.

   SPARCengine(tm)Ultra(tm) AXi (UltraSPARC-IIi 440MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 3.10.10 ME, 256 MB memory installed, Serial #12986196.
Ethernet address 8:0:20:c6:27:54, Host ID: 80c62754.

Boot device: disk0 File and args:
The file just loaded does not appear to be executable.
   ok boot floppy
Boot device: /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ebus@1/fdthree File and args:
   SILO Version 1.4.9
   \
   boot:
Allocated 8 Megs of memory at 0x40000000 for kernel
   Uncompressing image...
Kernel doesn't support loading to high memory, relocating...done.
   Loaded kernel version 2.4.27
   Fast Data Access MMU Miss
   ok

It looks similar to bug #261824.

Is there a fix somewhere (OpenBoot upgrade?), or should I go straight to netboot?

I really would like to use the debian-installer and use the RAID tool.

Thanks for your help.

Nico
