Sparc buildd maintainers, please see the above message and the build log
from
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=doctorj&ver=5.0.0-2&arch=sparc&stamp=1111941876&file=log&as=raw

Can anyone see why the buildd could not find javac (in it's path?) after
the successful installation of build-dependancy free-java-sdk (note that
sablebm, jikes and jikes-sablevm were also installed).

If it any help, alpha seems to have had the same problem, though I
cannot reproduce that here either.
