Sorry for such a late reply, I've been away for a few weeks. Attached
you'll find the details of my SPARCStation 5's OpenFirmware settings
and CPU/PROM details. I notice that your PROM revision is 2.15 vs.
mine at 2.29, that could make a difference.
I'm now back and have full access to this machine again in case you'd
like any more info about it. As I mentiond before, the installation
was not very noteworthy at all...I did a woody netboot and upgraded
to sarge by editing my sources.list and dist-upgrade.
If anyone can provide any more details as to why the TurboSPARC is
so poorly supported by Linux (supposedly), or can point me towards
docs so that I could help make it better supported, I'd very much
appreciate it.
